Terrible service, messed up order

I just received a call from the most vacuous manager from the Isipingo branch, whom I spent almost 10 minutes asking for her name as I said I want to report her. Her name is Simphiwe Mkhize, from the beginning of the call she had the most condescending tone ever stating that she doesn’t even understand stand what I am complaining about, it is evident that she did not care to read the complaint, she did not once apologize for the negative experience but she kept highlighting the fact that I used the term ‘stupid resolutions’. Simphiwe was defensive and condescending throughout the entire interaction and **** and said their mild flavour is different from other branches it is actually hot. Pure pure lies, I am a regular there at the Isipingo branch and its the only flavor I ever order now she wants insult my intelligence telling me if we reLly had medical issues such as ulcers and piles we should have ordered BBQ. My initial complaint that ‘’not so clear was ref no. 82723. I want my refund or the correct order to be delivered and I do not wish to speak to the same rude manager.

I even mentioned that its clear whoever made that order was probably in a rush to go home and she said something along the lines of ‘so now the staff mustn’t go home’ I honestly wonder what qualities you look for in a manager but Simphiwe Mkhize is something else
