Terrible service from management.

Outrageous service at Pedros kemptoon park. Apart from waiting more than 30mins for my order , i was handed my order on three separate small bags. Asked the manager for a bag woth handles and bigger but instead she took my orders and shoved in one of the 3 bags and told me it cld fit yet the kiddies meal was left outside the bag and had no toy. The manager was very rude , and told me to pay an extra 3r for a bag. This would have been communicated while i was placing the order that i must pay for packaging which is absurd. This type of service is appalling. I wont be ordering from Pedros Kemptonpark after this. Completley disapointed.
