Terrible service from a brand new store- Ormonde

I would like to bring to your attention the atrocious service that I just received from the Pedros store in Ormonde which is a brand new store.

Firstly when I entered the store at exactly 18:15, I waited more than 15 minutes to be served. All the staff in the shop were focused on preparing the meals and not taking orders. At 18:35 my order was placed with order number 208. Inv no : 122969. There was a queue of customers waiting to be served whilst all staff focused in the back house.

I waited in despair whilst numbers 218, 212 etc were all being called. These were all chicken meals and nothing about my 2 cheese burgers I ordered. Whilst monitoring what was happening in the back, I noticed that there were no burger meals being prepared. Now at 19:00 was I now really frustrated. I then approached the lady at collections to enquire were my order was. Only to realise that my order was not prepared. The lady from the front house went in the back and rushed up my order. At 19:10 I only received my order and that’s because the lady in the front realised that no one had made my order hence focused on the chicken meals.

My concern is now if this meal is cooked. Why did they take more than half an hour just for two simple burgers? On top of it, the old manager in the shop kept on telling staff not to take orders as clearly they did not know what they were doing. Cashier constantly complaining that she is tired every time a customer walked into the shop. This is really appalling service since seeing that this is a brand new store. I suggest if you want your business to last in the area, you better get your act together. People waiting for more than an hour and a half is unacceptable in todays times.
