Terrible service at Pedros Hillbrow

The service at Pedro’s Hillbrow was outright unacceptable and completely disrespectful. We were made to wait almost 50 minutes for two simple passion fruit mocktails, only to be informed—after payment was taken—that they were never available in the first place.

What makes it worse is that the staff member took my receipt and disappeared to the back for nearly 20 minutes, acting as if she was preparing the order, only to return with absolutely nothing.

This isn’t just below-standard service — it’s dishonest, careless, and a clear disregard for customers’ time.
