Terrible service at Pedros

My order was delivered two hours late, which is completely unacceptable. What makes this situation worse is that I had to call three times to follow up on my order, yet I received no clear updates, no accountability, and no sense of urgency from your team.

To add to this, the attitude of the staff I interacted with was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. At no point was there an apology or any effort made to address the inconvenience caused. This level of service falls far below acceptable standards and reflects very poorly on your brand.
