Terrible service

I ordered from Pedro's in Whitehouse Phoenix on the 30th of July 2021. The order came really late about an hour or more after the actual time confirmed. The food was really cold, I also ordered giblets with my meal ,and it was mixed with livers aswell which I do not eat .I was really disappointed and put off ,I wouldn't recommend Pedro's chicken again and totally disgusted .
