Terrible service

Today went and bought a chicken paella using the self service and after paying and getting my receipt I realized that I made a mistake by ordering BBQ instead of mild. I immediately went to the counter to try and correct it and no one helped me I stood there for a good 5 minutes trying to get help but the staff just ignored me. Eventually I went to a lady who was clearing tables and explained my situation and she took the receipt to the back to let them know that I want mild instead of BBQ. We'll after a 10 minute wait my order came and guess what! It was BBQ instead of mild and the BBQ spice was not cooked and it was just terrible. I went back to the shop and was told that that's how they do their chicken the spice has to cover the whole chicken and it was just overpowering and terrible.
