Terrible service 😞

This guy Mondli Cele, manager at Pedros chicken in Pinetown (Pinecrest).. My 5 year old son wanted icecream. The waitress advised that they don't sell icecream.. however we can can order our meals and go buy icecream nextdoor, come back, have our sitdown meal at Pedro's..

my son's ice cream was melting so I asked the waitress to put it in fridge for us while we eat. Mind you, the icecream container had no label or branded.. just a Small clear plastic container.

Halfway eating our meal, Waitress came back with icecream, saying that the manager took it out. I then went to find out why as we were told it was OK.. He lost it with me.. spoke to me as if his managing me.. told him to speak to his staff about this as I did ask for permission.. and if it was gonna be an issue I wouldn't have ordered our meal at Pedro's.. there are so many places that we could have chosen.

He was so rude and caused a scene by trying to intimidate me. We had to leave without finishing our meal.

The icecream had no label for him to cause such a scene!

I honestly can't tolerate the way he spoke to me as if angihloniphanga imithetho yabo.. as if ngenze umathanda wami.

The people I was sitting with can vouch for me on this.
