TERRIBLE SERVICE

I placed an order via your app at 18:25 through Pedros Boksburg, selecting the Ola Meal with an additional Garden Salad and Feta, and paid online, including the delivery fee. The order was accepted by the store and the expected delivery time was 19:10. However, despite choosing delivery for convenience after a long day at work, my food was never delivered.To make matters worse, the app falsely indicated that the order had been delivered, which was absolutely not the case. I had to go out of my way to book a Bolt to your store, only to find my food sitting there ,stone cold and uncollected. This completely defeats the purpose of using your delivery service,PLEASE REMOVE THE DELIVERY OPTION AS A WHOLE !!!!!On top of that, when I arrived at the store, I was informed by the manager that the Garden Salad and Feta I paid for were not available. Instead, I was handed coleslaw and a 1.5L cold drink as an apology ,which I do not accept. That was not what I ordered, nor was it what I paid for.This entire experience was frustrating, unacceptable, and incredibly disappointing. Your team failed to deliver the order, failed to communicate, and failed to provide the products I ordered. It also cost me additional money and time to fix the problem myself.I'M DEMANDING THE FOLLOWING

A full refund for the missing items (Garden Salad and Feta) A refund of the delivery fee, since no delivery was made Reimbur*****t for my Bolt transport fees to and from the store, which I had to use due to your failed service.

Your service was nothing short of terrible, and it completely ruined my evening. I expect urgent resolution to this matter.
