Terrible service

I did a purchase today from Pedro's at the Starwood Mall in Phoenix. It was very disappointing. Firstly the food came late. When we received the order it wasn't what we had ordered. We were also charged for things we did not ask for like the sauce. I gave the store a call, spoke to the manager by the name of Zinhle. She said to me that they have a new girl working and she took down the order wrong. She then told me she will redo the order and I will receive by 8pm. She **** cos when I called the store at 8, it was closed. What kind of people do u have working in ur store. She was such a ****. My order was like R500 and over. That is my hard earned money so I don't expect to get **** food from u Pedro's. We asked for the breast pieces but was given the leg. The wrap was not cooked properly. And was just breaking as soon as u picked it up. This is not acceptable and Pedro's u are not giving us the food for free we are paying for it so we expect to get value for our money. Teach your staff about good ethics and not to lie. That lady knew that the shop was gona close at 8 that is why she told me I will receive the food by 8. I am going to put this in all social media platforms because I don't think this is right. I have pics of what was sent to me and the receipt has what I had ordered.
