Terrible Service

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the poor service I received from Pedros Centurion Mall. I placed an online order for a wrap and arrived to collect it an hour and a half later, only to find that my order was still not ready. Surprisingly, an order I placed another order in person at the store and it was prepared before my online order, which was very disappointing.

In addition, after receiving the order I placed in store, I sat down to eat chips I had purchased from Fish and Chips and the order I placed in store, then the waitress asked me to leave the seating area and said I had to eat outside. I found this treatment disrespectful and unacceptable considering the fact that my order was messed up.

Overall, the service I received was extremely poor and left me very dissatisfied. I hope this matter will be addressed to improve customer service going forward.
