Terrible Pedro's Bluff Service

Pedro's Bluff has the worse client experience ever.. I called to order a meal and this happened on more than one occasion.. whereby I ordered a meal and was advised in 20 minutes it will be ready for collection... 49mins later I arrive and get told to join a queue of walk in customers I said no I called 49 minutes ago Im here to collect.The entire store agreed with me.. but Ayanda complained and said the till is not working, and to mention when I called I was told the phone does not work properly... They sell the best chicken the burgers are my favourite ... But THE SERVICE SUCKS !! Sad to say!! Very disappointed
