Terrible Customer Service Of Pedros Phoenix Plaza

I am totally, totally disappointed with Pedros Phoenix Plaza. I had ordered a meal at 17h50 today 10/11/2023 , now current time 20h52 a whole 3 hours I am waiting for my order , I had contacted the outlet and spoke to the manager at 20h10 he stated he will get back to me as of now 20h55 no call with regards to my order .

Customer Service at this outlet seems to be absolutely terrible , I hope Pedros head office will sort the issues out .
