Terrible customer service
I ordered 2x FREE DRINK with the Sprinkle Meal Deal! on Friday the 30th of January 2026 from Pedro's East Rand mall order number 245 . Huge disappointment my food took 1;30 min to arrive after I had called the shop to check up on them. When it finally arrives the forgot to assist chips and towels for 2 orders my chicken was burnt I asked for mild I got charcoal instead when I called the store again they hang up on me while I'm trying to explain to them. Extremely dissatisfied
