Terrible customer service

Pedros Phoenix Plaza has terrible service assisted by a nikkiwe who was utterly rude and does not know a single thing about customer service. Also does not work well with other staff I'm sure Esme will agree. Poor display to customers no matter how busy it can be which it was not being a Wednesday afternoon.. will not be returning to this branch and will continue to support other branches.
