Terrible customer service
Got an email to say the ticket to my query/complaint was closed, got no feedback, no apology or any sort of communication, I'm so disappointed as my first visit was so pleasant, second was the mess up, now this.. Thank you Pedro's for nothing.. Won't be visiting anytime soon
