Terrible

I have had a bad experience with Pedro's Pinecrest Mall Pinetown , the service there is terrible, My colleagues and myself had all put money together and purchased thr Pedro's Viva meal for R129, as the order was been taken there was a lot of screaming and shouting in the back ground which resulted in us asking the lady to repeat the order the chicken was to be cut in 4 pieces and not 8,when it was time for us to eat, we noticed the presentation of the food was not good then we checked the till slip and found it was cut up in 8 and not 4,we immediately contacted the store, a lady by the name of Karishma asked that I whatsapp her the till slip and the pictures of the chicken, which I did, she then told me it was cut according to the till slip which she failed to understand that we requested it cut up in 4 and not 8 it was really difficult to even decide what pieces each of us were to take as the chicken was cut up in shabby pieces as if they used a butter knife the chicken was even falling of the bone. After asking Karishma for the head office number, she gave me a cell number which for some reason nobody answers, I sent her a message on WhatsApp to advise her that the number is not reachable and she thereafter blocked me from WhatsApp, Seriously that's not the way to treat customers, I then googled the head office number and spoke to Brogan a very helpful friendly Lady. However till date I have not received a call from the store.
