Super Disappointed!!!!

I ordered a quarter chicken meal from Pedro's Woodmead. I found a hair in my chicken piece, yuck. I called the store spoke to one of the managers, she said I should send her a photo of it till this day she hasn't responded to me, I have her number still she just plain out ignored me. The customer service at Pedro's stores are horrible they just have don't care attitude. And this is online and also when you in store. I think this will let the franchise down, all the employees has bad manners no matter what Pedro's I go to it's all the same
