Stay away from Pedros...they treat you like a *****

I visited the Glwnwood branch on the 15/09/2022 @ 16:00 I placed my order via the drive thru.I ordered a hot quarter chicken meal with wedges,extra hot giblets,and a coleslaw,I and and extra port roll and the giblets and quarter chicken meal comes with a roll each.I got to the collection window and the lady there was more interested in singing and dancing I waited for some time then received my order and I asked the staff member is all my items in the bag,she read out the order and confirmed all the items were in the bag,I then left and arrived home,I like in Queensburgh,I was having supper and then discovered everything except the quarter chicken was in the bag.I called the store spoke to the manager who stated that he will look at the footage and seemed to think that I was trying to rob them for a quarter chicken.He stated that after seeing the footage he would send a driver to my address with the chicken,I called back in a few minutes and told the manager Kevin that I will visit the store personally and also provided him with my order and vehicle description.I did not visit the store today I called the head office and lodged the complaint.To date the manager did not give me any Feedback on my complaint or video footage or Where's my chicken...will never use these useless guys again,rather go to Nandos where you get good customer service.
