Standards dropped

I ordered the viva meal with extra sauce and the chicken must be well done. The chicken was not cooked full, some places had some pink in the chicken and there was barely a y sauce. I logged an email to Pedro's customer care, a lady named Prudence called me and said I must come through and see her, I went to the store I purchased and before going in a staff member came out the store and we asked him is Prudence in today he said no, we asked who's the manager on duty and her said Senzoh, we spoke to him and he said prudence is maybe from the other branch down the road which we didnt even know there was another branch and he refused to assist despite showing him the complaint and records. Apart from the food been terrible the manager is worse so how can we expect the food to be good with that attitude. We will never order from that branch again
