staff eating from customers order

hi i went to order chicken from pedros raisesthorpe branch in pmb this evening at around 16:00. I was quiet disgusted to see an employee, Nombu, she brought a large chips from the back to put into packet for a customer , she was eating the chips, there were so many employees around her and the store has cameras ,does the management not view the camera footage, does this happen all the time.
