Staff eating customers orders/staff giving customers returned food

I'm writing this with a broken heart...I went to pedro's in Pretorius street CBD to collect my food, since I ordered via phone. I have ordered 1quater chicken with pap and chakalaka...I requested a portion of side breast. When I went there to collect my food I found customers were complain with bad service there were too guys from Uber eats complaining that they have been standing there for almost 30 min. I also waited patiently for my turn for about 15 min, I personally didn't have a problem I know it's month end they are too busy . Finally I got assisted I got my parcel ,before I got out I checked if everything was there since my manager got a bad service some time last month.when she got her food only to find out there was no meat in her order and already she was at work and about to have her lunch...so I was checking that my order was 👍

Ok...I got to work I opened my food and Boom the chicken was not the portion I ordered and on the paper it has a sticker of "side breast" 😐 the chicken looked like it was eaten/bitten I could see bites on the meat I couldn't eat I had to buy something at kfc coz I had a lot I'm my mind asking myself if someone brought back the meat then they gave it back to customers like I felt like I could 🤮 the service is getting bad at that place
