Too bad there is no 0 star because Pedros President Hyper, Krugersdorp deserves non. Most times I go there, I'm really disappointed at the customer service, at time I notice that even their team work is terrible. Little did I know the worst was yet to come, I ordered online, arrived at the recommended collection time, show the person responsible for packing my receipt and literally saw her checking orders that have been sitting there. Almost an hour later, she asks to see my receipt again, I show her, and she pulls out an order that has been sitting there since I arrived. This is not my first bad experience with the same store, seems like the staff is really *********** when it comes to online order, and pathetic ****s when confronted as the excuse she gave me was a mishap that happened after 30 minutes of me waiting for my order, which was already there waiting when I arrived.
