Staff name : Nonku & Ela

Dissatisfaction with the staff attitude and behaviour @ Pedros Mall of Tembisa, 21/12/2024 So we ordered and payed for the food and we left the store to do some extra errands by the mall, by the time we came back to collect the order by the counter, There were Two ladies who were calling out orders for customers. Waited by the counter for my turn but unfortunately I wasn’t attended. What irritated me the most was i tried not once not twice to call for assistance from the lady which they said her name was Nonku she literally ignored me intentionally she kept on talking to her fellow colleagues and kept on parking for orders while I’m waiting and my order waiting to be collected very disrespectful and very Rude. I then ask for help from the other lady which her name tag was: Ela and I asked to be assisted she did and asked what was her colleagues name she told me it is Nonku the one that did not want to assist, and I asked Ela what’s the lady’s full name she told me she is not allowed to say that however “if I want to complain there is the manager”! Unprofessional if you ask me i did not even want to take it further I left because it’s clear my concern were not going to be addressed properly the confidence she had when she pointed the manager was just disappointed.

I hope this gets to them and must be addressed soon
