Staff attitude and not caring for the customers

Pedros in Midlands Mall PMB there is staff attitude and they don't treat us (customers) with respect and dignity. It's the second time now I am experiencing this bad behavior by the staff. The first incident happened when I wanted the staff to change the packet since the items I bought were to much to use the small pocket without handles, with an attitude she told me that she can not change the pocket I will need to but the bigger one while trying to talking to her the other staff told me that I that I must join the queue again to buy the pocket and they refused to help me till I decided to leave the restaurant. The second time we bought the meal the and waited for a long time without anyone explaining what was going on, after 15 minute I asked what was the delay because I saw the big gas leaving the restaurant with the checkers trolley and I was told that the gas is finished and we must wait for the gas to return.
