Hi good day my mum has visited the verulam branch pedros and was insulted by one of your uneducated staff member . the incident happen in the morning as my mum ordered her food and waited at a table 2 ladies came to sit at the very same table when there are other tables vacant and they refused to move invading her privacy your staff member refused to help and mentioned that they can sit anywhere because the 2 lady is the same race as your staff. this is unacceptable Behaviour my mum is an elderly woman who wanted to spend time with a family member visiting from Johannesburg I am going to write up to the ombudsman for such pathetic Behaviour of Pedro's staff. educated your staff and them about privacy this will be going on social media . i want the staff details immediately I am writing this up to the ombudsman
