Spoilt food sold

On Saturday I bought fully loaded chicken Paella at Pedros Lenasia, Boy oh boy did I get home to find the rice was spoilt, How can we be sold rotten rice? This clearly means that this outlet recook the rice or they warm it over and over, This is unacceptable also it is the second time I experience bad service, The staff there needs to be trained on customer service as well, there is about 20 people in a small space they are all over each other not knowing what to do. My concern is the spoilt food that I paid R189 for only to find it is rotten
