shocking grassy park branch
Service at the grassy park branch is shocking. waited 50 mins for half a chicken meal when i came home i got cold chips and burnt chicken. manger was getting abused by customers that were waiting over an hour . so many staff yet waiting time was 90mins . how is that possible . 4th time to grassy park branch and the quickest time i received my meal was 35mins . pathetic and unacceptable
