Shocking food Pedro's Ormonde

We placed an order using Mr. D from Pedro's Ormonde, the chicken was hard, it was like trying to break a rock, the wing still had feathers on it, and our extra roll was not delivered. We pay a lot of money to support Pedro's and yet they serve substandard food. We had to throw away the food, as we are not sure if it is safe for consumption.
