Service was very bad I ended up not eating order no

I bought my meal as I was cutting my meat a big green fly got into my food tried to chase is I didn't go .I took my meat to the counter the fly was still there and asked for another meal a lady named Noxie came and said flies in food is nature .she refused to give me another meal nor a refund .she even accused me of eating my meal so there is nothing she can do .I asked for a footage of me eating she said she doesn't have access. She was very rude and putting word in my mouth with accusations
