Hallow, I would like to log a complaint regarding one of your Pedro's branches situated at East-rand Mall

Today, 26 May 2025, lunchtime 12:30 pm, we’ve placed a collection order as per the attached slip.

Then I went to collect my order past 1:00 pm, when I arrived back at the office, I was about to enjoy my meal, to my surprise, I found a ****roach inside my meal, and I immediately lost my appetite.

I called back in and spoke to the manager, Palesa***) she’s unhelpful told me will escalate the matter to her Boss until this time no response from her or the owner. I am very disappointed about the bad service I’ve received, and that your restaurant doesn’t practice Hygiene also your staff are not professional. I’m still stuck with the full meal that I have eaten, and I’ve paid for it. Your urgent response will be highly appreciated.
