Refused to accept my coins and notes as payment.

Kindly explain why is it that they couldn’t accept my 50c and 10c as payment towards my meal?

I purchased a mean worth R127.95 from Asanda Ntombizikhona on the 8 January 2025 22:30. Upon making a payment she declined and said the franchise doesn’t accept 50c and 10c coins. How ? Yet the bill shows 95c? She refused to take the payment.

The initial payment was 1 x R100 note , 1 x R20 note , 3 x R2 coins , 1 x R1 coin , 1 x 50c coin and 5 x 10c coins.

How can this payment be problematic? Also please teach her customer service skills , her attitude really was unacceptable. It was as if she doesn’t want to work and we were there to annoy her.

Luckily my partner had other coins to make a payment .
