Refusal of service

When I visit the store on the 24/11/22 (Chatsworth branch)the doors where closed, so I stood there until a staff member came to assist me ,but when she came to the door she informed me that the store was already closed when I asked her why did it say 9 on teh door she proceeded to inform me that it needs to be closed an hour early for clean up ,as I jumped in my car and was about to leave I saw the same staff member let in another customer...I had to then drive to the next nearest branch to me which was my shallcross branch which bare in mind I only got to at 8:30 where they had the same trading hours as the previous branch but did not refuse me service...I am extremely disappointed and upset at the service received from the chastworth branch and to thereafter allow another customer in is ridiculous..if the trading hours state 9 how is the store closed at 8:15..I have even sent am email to pedros customer care but gave gotten no response..
