REFUND ME MY MONEY PEDROS CENTURION LIFESTYLE

I placed an online order with Pedros and mistakenly chose Pedros Centurion Lifestyle. I made an online payment and immediately called them and asked them to cancel the order. The order was canceled but they didn't refund me. I called again and was told the manager would call me to discuss the refund. This was last Friday. It's Tuesday today and now when I call they pretend the line is bad, but I can hear them speaking to each other in the background about me making a big deal of a R300 refund. THREE HUNDRED RAND IS A BIG DEAL!!
