Refund

I tried to buy at the Mahikeng store on 24 April 2025. My card was declined at the till, but the money was still deducted from my account. Staff said the issue was with the system/speed point. I paid with cash after being told the card payment would be reversed. As of 10 May, I haven't received the refund.
