Refund

I went to buy at Pedros Phuthaditjhaba I tapped my card and the transaction went through however I was told that the point of sale device has problems and I need to to submit my bank statement in order for the refund to take place. I then went to withdraw money and printed the bank statement. I was told that my money would return in48 hours. The manager who was assisting me was Mo****li. I have been following up since 14 the if October when this happened till today I do not have my R311.80 back.
