Really bad service

Pedro's Glenwood I placed an order on 21 Dec 2022. Uber Eats never showed up. I phoned Pedro's and they advised they do not have contact with the driver. I tried reaching Uber Eats driver and nothing. Uber Eats chat agent advised to just wait for the order. I waited 2 and a half hours and before 20pm, the order was cancelled without any notice. No idea who cancelled the order. The service from Pedro's Glenwood and Uber Eats is pathetic.
