Reacurring BAD SERVICES FROM ONGEZIWE

The food is delicious never disappointing. However the service we receive from Staff Member ONGEZIWE is unbelievable she has a sticking attitude and has no way of talking to customers whether it's young or old she had the odesity to shout at a granny who made a mistake with her order then she didn't show any respect to the older granny when her order was wrong. With me she serves us with no smile no energy it seems like she doesn't want to be there.

Get her attitude checked please we were paying with card instead of saying or putting a sign that her side doesn't take card it takes cash she just told me that she cannot help me this side but with a bad attitude.

And at 12:30 ONGEZIWE SAID that there is no chicken burgers to be sold to us and didn't give us a reason for why there is no burgers at that time.

I'm sure I'm not the only customer who has a complaint of the manner she serves customers she is RUDE.
