Raw Deal

I have placed the below order at you store yester at 15.27. The message I received said it will be ready for collection at 16:07. When I arrived at the store to collect my order could not be picked up on the system. I was passed off from one person to the other counting 4 people in total and ending up at the 1st guy again. This was without an apology or explanation. What makes matters worse is the poor quality of the chicken I received. The chicken was raw and tasteless. I was so disappointed in the service and the food. I expected better quality from your store. This was my 1st experience but definitely the last due to my terrible experience. So if I had to come all the way back from Goodwood to replace the meal it would have been Petrol and time wasted. I am disappointed and wasted R279.90 on chicken that was not enjoyable and most embarrassing g to serve guest. I have logged my complaint with the customer service department on Monday and its Friday today and no call like I was promised....
