**Raw Chicken Ruins Birthday Celebrations** We are deeply disappointed by our recent experience with Pedro’s Chicken. We ordered from your Centurion Mall branch to celebrate our General Manager's birthday, but what was meant to be a joyful occasion turned into a huge letdown. The chicken we received was raw, with some pieces still showing blood. To make matters worse, one of our team managers who ate the chicken ended up with mild food poisoning that lasted for two days. This is unacceptable, especially as we have always enjoyed the quality of your food from the Centurion branch in the past. We trusted Pedro's to deliver the same high standards we’ve come to expect, but this experience was far from it. It not only spoiled a special occasion but also raised serious concerns about food safety and quality control. We hope this feedback prompts immediate action to ensure that such incidents do not happen again.
