Raw chicken

Hi I've bought a full chicken with chips and it my 5th time buying from pedros vereeniging voortrekker street and never had this experience but today my chicken was not nice it was jelly and had to feed them to my dogs cause me and my wife and daughter couldn't eat it I've got the slips and can't give people that to eat really.
