FORMAL COMPLAINT REGARDING UNACCEPTABLE TREATMENT AT petros Emmarentia

Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to formally report a deeply troubling incident that occurred at your store petros on 9 November2025, at approximately 18 :30

I was treated in a manner that I believe was discriminatory and unacceptable. The incident involved resicm

On this date,

* i orded the seat in meal the waitress did take away without my knowledge, after ten minutes i noticed from the slip that it was a take away meal , ask them why they said they is no seat in , i was so disappointed 😔 , I then take my food which was already a take away meal but decided to seat , while I was eating then 3 or 4 group of customers come in they where White people then boom someone come and sever them infront of me, why because waitress sead today they is no seat in ? * "When I tried to address the issue with the store manager, I was dismissed and told my concerns were 'invalid'."

This behavior created a hostile and demeaning environment. I believe these actions were based on my skin because i am black worse part I believe that the manager and some of those were involved are not from current country if i not mistaken.

To resolve this matter, I request the following actions be taken, they must explain why they did that , I need answers I expect a formal response to my complaint as soon as possible
