QUALITY DROP

Subject: Disappointing Quality of Chicken – Pedro’s Kromboom Road, Crawford Dear HelloPeter, I would like to express my disappointment regarding a purchase I made at the Pedro’s outlet in Kromboom Road, Crawford. Last night I purchased a half chicken, expecting the same flame-grilled taste and quality that Pedro’s is known for. Unfortunately, the chicken did not taste flame grilled at all. Instead, it tasted more like boiled chicken that had simply been covered with sauce. The meat was extremely bland and lacked the distinctive flavour one would expect. What is even more disappointing is that the quality is clearly not what it used to be. When this store first opened, the chicken was flavourful, properly flame grilled, and very enjoyable. The difference in quality now is very noticeable and quite disappointing. As a paying customer, I expect consistency and the standard that Pedro’s promotes. I hope this complaint will be taken seriously and that steps will be taken to address the drop in quality at the Kromboom Road, Crawford branch. Kind regards, Craig Earl Van Rooyen
