#****py Service ***** :(

I went to pedro's in Woodstock for the first time and order 3 burger specials then cashier rang up the wrong order and we went home only to discover my order was wrong went back with order explain to the staff my order is wrong and my kids ended up opening the cool drinks I paid a extra R2 for upsize of drinks and my bill came out to be R155 something I explained everything to staff and was treated like I was at fault one of the staff members Calvin ended up saying his the supervisor and yet as his trying to sort the problem the cashier spoke in her morher tongue thinking I dont speak xhosa telling Calvin we are corupte and it's our faults the previous cashier never rang up the correct order and they keep on speaking there mother tongue and ignoring the fact that I am the customer and I was willing to be calm about the whole matter just that i can get my order fixed only to end up paying R44.77 extra for drinks that my children opened before the time because we opened the meals afterwards and saw it was incorrect I think the cashier was completely ****** because I was speaking english to Calvin the supervisor which I think he was only pretending his a supervisor as he did not know what to do and just listen to a cashier that did not serve me in the first place what frastrated me the most is the service and the staff's attitude on how they dealing with clients speaking infront of a client on there own home language and ignoring me as a client that did nothing wrong only wanting to get the correct order so I can go home to eat I spended up to more than 2hours in a take away restaurant with completely poor ****py service from staff with attitude and it was my first time at this restaurant or take away's the burgers was okay but staff was really on another level thinking that they are right and client is wrong and treating me like ****....

That's totally unexceptable, really ****py poor service to you guys I wish I could not give you even a star you don't deserve a star...
