Profiled and chased out of the store

On 27 May 2023, my family and I got profiled and chased out of Pedros at Mall of Tembisa. The store manager told me straight that no matter what I do, nothing will be done. Indeed, I logged a complaint 2 months ago and no one indeed bothered to clarify or resolve this issue as the manager correctly said. I can safely confirm that the store is undermining customers and profiling them. Eating there at your own risk while staff is making jokes about you knowing very well that no consequences.
