Predros the worst frachise in mount edgecomb

My family is a regular at predos in mount edge comb and for the past three weeks we have experienced very bad service the first time was with the chicken phealla when they exchmaged someone else's order with ours and how we was aware of that cause we took a second chicken, the second Time the rice had no salt and was over cooked ,the manager refused to come see us yet he was called three times by the waiter Nelisiwe,the third incident happened when the rolls was stale and that was today we are regulars , customer service is key,yes i did swear cause on each occasion no1 did anything about the service or quality of food however the own was a feminist and because i am a woman swearing he gave the money back and asked us to leave n never come back what customer service is that , people n human beings can only take so much, his manager knew what he did but as an indain owner he choose to be an abuse ass he thought he can do something , however refuse to change his stale food.I hope u don't treat your wife the way u treat ur customers pathetic and u call yourself a predos franchise pedros shud be ashamed to be associated with you.
