Predos chicken slow service

Yesterday I went to try a new restaurant, just open in Polokwane cnr grobler and schoeman street, the queue was too long and moving in a slow pace, I waited cos I really wanted to taste their dishes, but the service was not pleasant at all, people are made to stand for too long, I was not happy at all. I so wish that something should be done to speed up the service
