Poorest service

We ordered at 19:57 but guess what time we got our food? 21:00 all because of poor service. Had I no got up to check my order, I’m sure my order wasn’t gonna be called out. Other people had to cancel their “viva meal with garlic bread”. I still can’t believe how a garlic roll can take an hour to be made. Your staff doesn’t even bother themselves in apologising and causing an inconvenience to us, instead they carry on as if nothing happened. Thandaka (Thandeka) was so unbothered when I told her I’ll report this to hello Peter it’s as if they’re used to treating customers in this manner. Instead of apologising they give people attitude and allowing them to cancel their meal and opting for something else. How is that customer service? One hour for garlic rolls preparation? Pedros Chicken Dobsonville requires a customer service training urgently!!! I’m thoroughly disappointed.
