Poorest customer service ever

Pedros Chicken President Square Krugersdorp is the worst, I wouldn't be surprised when they close down soon. If the chicken is not pink inside, the order is wrong if it's not that they don't have cups for ice cream or your pap has no Chakalaka. What's even worse their front staff is rude, they have no idea none whatsoever what customer service is about even worse the manager, she doesn't even bother to find out what happened, let alone greet you and apologise. They all act like you are the fool, no one owns up to anything, apologizing doesn't exist in their vocabulary. What's even worse they don't care whether you are satisfied or not, all that matters is that they get their salary at the end of the month. They even have the guts to tell you they don't verify orders, it's not their job they pack whatever they get and you have no right to voice your concerns. They even get your order wrong and blame the call center while they pick up the phone and take the orders.
