Poor working conditions

I am very disappointed with how staff are treated at Pedro’s Chicken in Zevenwatch Mall. Employees are expected to work seven days a week with no off days, which goes against the Basic Conditions of Employment Act. The working conditions are poor, and staff are not treated with respect. Management shows little concern for employee well-being, and there is clear mistreatment and unfair treatment in the workplace. I believe employees deserve fair working hours, proper rest days, and to be treated with dignity. I hope head office takes this seriously and improves conditions for their staff.
